Unclaimed Shipments

Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Incorrect Address

If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the reshipping costs once we confirm an updated address.

Defective Product Claims

Any claims for defective, damaged, or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing: The processing time may vary but typically takes 2 to 7 business days.

Shipping Options: Currently, we only ship to the EU. You can check the estimated shipping times here.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details and a tracking number.

Return Policy

We do not refund orders due to buyer's remorse, product returns, or size exchanges. Please ensure you select the correct size when purchasing. We provide size charts to help you confirm your size.
